PRINCE2® – CERTIFICATIONS

The PRINCE2® courses give you the fundamental skills you need for project management. PRINCE2® stands for PRojects IN Controlled Environments, and it is a process-based method for effective project management.

It has been firmly established as the world’s most practiced method for project management.

The PRINCE2® Certification is globally recognized for its practice-driven approach to project management. It gives a step by step guidance on how to organize and run a project. It is more of a manual than a reference guide. For many project management roles PRINCE2 is often a prerequisite

The certification is split into two different qualification levels –

  1. Foundation, and
  2. Practitioner

The Foundation level is an introduction to the PRINCE2 principles, themes and processes. It teaches you how to consistently deliver projects on time and within budget, manage risk and mitigate perceived problems.

The Practitioner level then teaches you how to apply and tailor PRINCE2 appropriately to address the needs and problems of a specific project scenario.

  • Prince2 Foundation 32 Hours
  • Prince2 Practitioner   24 Hours

To become a Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner you require two PRINCE2 qualifications; the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner qualifications.

The PRINCE2® Foundation Certification is globally recognized for its practice-driven approach to project management. It gives a step by step guidance on how to organize and run a project. It is more of a manual than a reference guide. For many project management roles PRINCE2 is often a prerequisite
